The company was established in 1987 in West Drayton. Initially designed to service Heathrow Airport, we now operate a fleet of 150 vehicles, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, throughout London and the Southeast.
We offer a comprehensive private hire service to our customers. We aim to provide the best service possible for a competitive rate. We are able to offer a complete solution for all your private hire needs. We can cover cash, account and credit card bookings and are used by an extensive list of corporate companies.
We offer a wide range of vehicles ranging from saloon and estates cars through to multi seater vehicles. An extensive range of executive vehicles are available on request to transport your VIPs.

The company was one of the first in the area to receive ISO 9002 accreditation. In February 1996, directors Ian and Sue Dickinson were presented with the certificate by Mrs Diane Lamplugh OBE, the chairman of the National Charity for Personal Safety. LHR/QDELL were the first combined Courier and Private Hire company in the area to receive this accreditation and one of the first in the United Kingdom.
We are a fully licenced PCO operator and all of our drivers conform to the new PCO regulations. As well as the PCO requirements our drivers are extensively trained in our technology. We are an approved PCO driver assessment centre for topographical testing. All drivers are PCO licensed and induction trained in our systems and requirements and have a good knowledge of London and the UK in general. They are all provided with XDA technology and satellite navigation systems. This allows our drivers to find even the remotest location. Saloon car drivers always wear shirts and ties, our executive car drivers are smartly suited and all chauffeurs are uniformed. All our drivers carry both PCO and our own photographic ID.
In addition we run an in-house training scheme to ensure that our drivers have the necessary Customer Service / Road Transport NVQ qualification prior to it becoming compulsory
Female drivers are available on request (dependent on availability).
We offer four different levels of service:
cabs: Late model four door saloon and estate cars
MPV's: Top of the range 5, 6 and 7 seater vehicles are available on request
Executive car: Mercedes, Jaguars and other top of the range vehicles in pristine condition.
Chauffeur cars: Mercedes and Jaguars with uniformed drivers (including cap).

AND GREET SERVICE HEATHROW
To take the stress out of your travel, pre book our meet and greet service. Our members of staff are dressed in LHR uniforms, distinctive green jackets with black trousers or skirts. They will meet your passengers and escort them to the car and driver waiting outside, who will then take them to their destination.
