EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES ARE:

Part and Full time Call Centre Operatives
Join our team of telephonists who work in our operations department. Main responsibility is taking phone, fax and email bookings and entering details on to the inhouse computer system. Dealing with adhoc customer enquiries. Full training will be provided.

Part and Full time experienced controllers
Join our team of experienced controllers, monitoring the allocation of jobs to our drivers and ensuring all customers are dealt with in a timely fashion.

Part and Full time trainee controllers
We are looking for trainee controllers who will be able to provide support for the postions above. All training will be provided on site.

Meet and Greet Representative
Join our uniformed meet and greet representatives who work at Heathrow airport. Meeting our passengers at the arrivals gate and escorting them to the waiting vehicle. Full and part time positions.

Private Hire Drivers & Licensed (PCO) Private Hire Drivers
Due to continuous growth, we are continuously recruiting drivers in order to meet demand. Previous experience is preferable but not always essential if you have a sound knowledge of London and the surrounding areas. You have the opportunity to become licensed under the new Public Carriage Office (PCO) legislation.

Duties: Driving all around the Heathrow area and other locations when necessary. Using company technology such as GPS (satellite navigation) and XDAs (mobile communication device) for communication with both office and customers.

Conditions: All driving positions are on a self-employed basis as owner drivers. Minimum age is 25. Drivers must have a good general knowledge of the Heathrow area. Experience as a cab driver is advantageous. Good communication and customer services skills essential. All new drivers will undergo Customer Service / Road Transport NVQ qualifications.
